Terms and conditions, refunds and repairs:

• This service is a bespoke service and therefore we cannot allow returned goods, unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.  
• We require the cost of the material as a deposit, as we are a small business with modest turnover.
• We will repair items within six months of use if they develop a fault or fail. We will not make repairs due to incorrect laundering or damage caused outside our control.
